How we make money
Data Value Talk earns money in one way. We refer companies whose records may qualify to an AI data buyer, through a referral link. The buyer pays us a referral fee only after a company we refer has its data transferred and approved. You pay us nothing to use this site. The buyer does not own or run it.
How the arrangement works
The buyer runs a data licensing program for companies, with a referral program alongside it. When you check your company's eligibility on this site and your result qualifies, the Apply button takes you to the buyer's registration page through our referral link. The payment depends on the transfer and approval described above.
We earn nothing when you click, register, apply or sign. If your company has already applied to the buyer, there is no need to apply again through our link.
What it means for what you read
We have a financial interest in companies applying to the buyer, so read our pages with that in mind. The Apply button's link is marked as sponsored. We are not the buyer, we don't speak for it, and it does not own or run this site. Before you sign anything, our review of that program on our companion site lists the questions we think you should ask.
We have no referral arrangement with any other buyer. If that changes, we will say so here and on each affected page. Our companion site compares the buyers it knows of, from their own published information, in its guide to AI training data buyers.
Why we tell you
The FTC's Endorsement Guides address disclosing material connections between advertisers and endorsers. This page, and the fee line beside each Apply button, are how we disclose ours.
