Data entry: I found a smile on the web

Just to share with you, that I found something beautiful on the web. Data entry forms have my attention, how do we approach the ones that we want to collaborate with. Today I was in the midst of filling in such a form and something, apparently more important, demanded my attention. The form was the registration form of our peer blog site SearchDataManagement.com, where they first ask you to provide your email address, and later on overwhelm you with the details ;-).

What happened, I totally forgot that I was working on this registration and Bill Gates forced me to restart my computer. After an hour I received a nice email from SearchDataManagement with the remark that I have been working on the registration and that I could simply continue it by pressing the following link. And hey, that’s what makes me smile. Now I feel like an appreciated customer or prospect. This is what I call Value for Data, real data value in action!
